and i’m taking her to my noisy urban college apartment

and my neighbor just picked up her dog and was like
and now we are home and she is napping :’)
and roma’s owner is the sweetest
and she kept looking back at the water when we drove away
and she settles so well in the house – literally just sleeping and lounging around
and she’s never bit or attacked another dog
and the pup was lunging and barking at the end of the leash
and then not so happy bath girl!
and then we took her downtown and she settled outside a busy restaurant as hundreds of people passed by
and to always be at the front
and we passed someone else doing the same thing and i said isn’t training fun! and she laughed so that was a good time
and we walked around and assessed and debated and made note of the play styles

she loves this frisbee SO much I can’t recommend it enough
she loves to curl up she’s so Small
she only rides on busy roads a handful of times a year but ya know
she runs up both flights of stairs in like. one second
she scurry!
she sits and lies down and sits again and spins and rolls over and actually brings back the frisbee
she sniffed a bunch of old dogs and retrievers and doodles
she used to be a-okay with nail trims we heavily rewarded letting us touch her feet when she was a puppy
she wants to stand next to me and get pets or walk next to me around the park
she was a dusty muddy pup
she was absolutely perfect
she was helping me study but i was too distracted by her cuteness
she was So excited to see me after two (2) weeks yesterday!!!!!
she was so happy
she was wearing a leash i edited it
she wasn’t very ~playful~ and just wanted to sniff the other dogs and part ways
she will be missed
she will greet new people and let them pet her head and then will come back and sit next to me
she would Much rather eat those crunchy treats from the pet store bulk bin than the expensive freeze dried liver treats
she! went! to! a! dog! park!
she’ll open doors and run off to eat shit if given half a chance
she’s a BIG GIRL!
she’s a big swimmer but never dock diving
she’s been so good with dogs we met on walks
she’s doing so well you guys
she’s gotten so insanely good at sticking close and immediate recall
she’s handling the no exercise thing remarkably well
she’s helped so many people who were so fearful of dogs
she’s never acted out before but a new environment idk if thats fair to her
she’s never done anything wrong ever and i’m a MESS
she’s only on streets over 25 mph like …. 3 times a year but Still
she’s only swam in a pool like twice though
she’s so wonderful i want to Cry i love how well she listens and how responsive and her recall is incredible
she’s very skittish around people and was basically feral when found but she’s warming up
she’s a champ!!!!
she’s always been so good for my mental and physical health
she’s been 65 lbs since boarding
she’s been as low as 55 but thats a little too skinny
she’s been getting a ton of exersize lately tho
she’s fine just a minor uri :)
she’s lived a quiet sheltered life on a dead end street in the suburbs surrounded by open space

we hiked off leash! with other dogs around off leash! and she stayed within ~10 feet of me and had perfect recall
